make an immediate hire
for a full time Workers’
Comp. Claims
Coordinator. Duties
begin with the first
report of injury and
continue throughout the
claims process.
Ideally, we are looking
for someone with 3-5
years of Workers’ Comp
claims handling
experience; diligence to
follow up on outstanding
issues; strong customer
service focus; the
ability to work
independently, while
being accountable for
results. While this is
a very tactical role, we
are looking for someone
with solid consulting
skills who can make
recommendations and
offer advice, not just
push paper. This
individual will also
manage our unemployment
claims and ultimately,
as cross training
begins, will work with
our Benefits
Administrator on
employee benefits.
We are looking for 3-5
years of experience in
the Workers’ Comp arena;
an ability to work
patiently with the
injured employee and the
insurance carrier.
Superb customer service
personality and
flexibility are a must.
