Included in the release:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/home.treasury.gov\/system\/files\/136\/PPP%20--%20Overview.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Top-line overview of the program<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/home.treasury.gov\/system\/files\/136\/PPP--Fact-Sheet.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Borrower information<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/home.treasury.gov\/system\/files\/136\/Paycheck-Protection-Program-Application-3-30-2020-v3.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Application for borrowers<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Starting April 3, 2020<\/strong>, small businesses and sole proprietorships can apply.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Starting April 10, 2020<\/strong>, independent contractors and self-employed individuals can apply.<\/p>\n<p>You may want to apply as quickly as you can because there is a funding cap.<\/p>\n<p>You can apply through any existing SBA lender or through any federally insured depository institution, federally insured credit union, and Farm Credit System institution that is participating. Other regulated lenders will be available to make these loans once they are approved and enrolled in the program.
