“Businesses that decide to enforce mask mandates for unvaccinated workers have some rights, experts say, but some might decide it\u2019s not worth a confrontation.<\/p>\n

‘The issue there is you\u2019re really on the honor system. You can ask to see the COVID vaccination card, that\u2019s completely within the employers\u2019 rights. Outside of that, you\u2019re taking the employees\u2019 words,’ said Rob Wilson, president of Employco USA and a human resources expert.”<\/p>\n
