The governor also allowed <a href=\"https:\/\/legis.delaware.gov\/BillDetail\/129969\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">House Bill 2<\/a>, which regulates recreational marijuana sales in the state, to go into effect without a signature on April 26, 2023.
