The council also <a href=\"https:\/\/occprodstoragev1.blob.core.usgovcloudapi.net\/matterattachmentspublic\/eb993f4c-9591-4af4-91e9-967c1627dd41.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">amended<\/a> the ordinance in other ways, some of which are helpful to employers.
