In fact, the latest <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bls.gov\/news.release\/jolts.nr0.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Job Openings and Labor Turnover Summary<\/a> from the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics reported that employee quits decreased to 3.1 million in August, the lowest number since September 2020.
