What if they discuss someone else&#8217;s wages with another employee?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Answer<\/strong>: Employees are legally allowed to talk about their pay (and potentially their co-workers\u2019 pay) at work, even if a company policy is created to prohibit it. Under the National Labor Relations Act, all employees (unionized or not) have the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nlrb.gov\/about-nlrb\/rights-we-protect\/your-rights\/your-rights-to-discuss-wages\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">right to discuss working conditions<\/a> like pay and safety.
